10k A Day Walking Challenge
We underestimate just how much walking can contribute to our general health. Let’s journey together this summer, walking 10,000 steps throughout the day, every day, for the entire month of July.
A healthier you
The human body is made to grow or deteriorate, one or the other. Once we stop moving, several bone, ligament, joint, and other health issues start to arise. Sometimes we fall into a sedentary lifestyle and just need the right motivation to get moving again. This challenge allows you to get moving with friends in person, or to connect with others on social media who are also pursuing this goal! You might even have a four-legged friend who helps you stay active!
Everyone is welcome
Whether you currently walk 10,000 steps a day right now, or you hardly take any, we’d love your participation! Everyone who joins will receive a t-shirt, and everyone who completes the challenge successfully will receive a commemorative challenge coin. Get up, let's go!
